Technician Class to Start

The South Texas Amateur Radio Club would like to invite you to attend our FREE Technician License class. For more information, please contact Steve, N0WZH at 361-815-7461, or email Steve at n0wzh@stx.rr.com .

This class will prepare you to sit for the Technician Amateur Radio License exam.

No Date has been set, but we plan on starting the class sometime in April. Classes are held on Saturday afternoon. The class is broken down into 7 sessions and will cover all material needed to pass the entry level Technician class. Each session will last approximately 1.5 hours.

The class will be held at the National Weather Service Forecast office located by the Corpus Christi International Airport. MAP

We suggest that each attendee purchase "Now You're Talking" . We may have a few of the book available locally at a reduced fee. (please contact Steve to check for availability) If not, they are available from the ARRL via their web site, or contact the ARRL at 1-888-277-5289. This is optional, but highly recommended.
